Please rest assured that we take due diligence to watch constantly any and all recall lists that come out and none of out products we are proud to say, have made this list. It is simply a fact that most toys in the US are made in China however we do not wish to scare you as we fully believe our toys are of very high quality and YOU will not be disappointed in them. What is A Theme Learning Center Box?

It is a specifically made box with theme items in it for eight areas in the first rate preschool or kindergarten classroom. A tangible learning center box which is a tool box for teachers and supervisors providing one stop shopping for supervisors or teachers.

What’s in the Theme Box?

High quality toys and books picked out by a preschool teacher of over 25 Years.

What age is this box for?

The items are all approved for three years and above.

Where can I order the products?

I know what product I want! Is there a way to find it quickly on your site? All products are listed on our website on the "Our Store" website page. When are your office hours?

Regular hours are 1:30 to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday. You can call other times and we will get back to you as soon as possible or may surprise you and pick up. We are always working for the best product!

Will the items in the box always be the same?

As long as we feel it is the best item available for our Children's "A Theme Learning Center Boxes" and our suppliers are able to consistently get each hand selected item for us, ALL items will remain consistent in each box and be of the highest quality.

I have a tax exempt number how does that work?

PayPal will charge you the full amount for your purchase (Including Shipping Amount and Tax). If you have a Tax Exempt number we ask that you Fax, Email or Mail a copy of your certificate to us within ten days (10-days) and we will gladly credit you back for the full tax amount. Currently we only charge Sales Tax for orders shipped within Connecticut. If you Live and/or work outside of Connecticut and are ordering this product for shipment and use outside of Connecticut, Please check with your State Revenue Office as some States Require you report and pay sales tax from online sales received from other States. We DO NOT have any additional information available to you on this!

Can I have a free sample?

As a rule no but if you order something there may be a sample for another theme box or a small surprise present

Why do you need my phone number and
e-mail address?

PayPal requires this information to process your order. In the case where a Tax Exempt Certificate is used we need this to comply with Federal and State laws. We would use this information in the event that we need to contact you about your order and to keep you tax exempt number on record.

Are any of your toys and books award winning?

Some are they are all high quality items.

How do toys and books get awards?

They have to submit/pay to be reviewed by any toy award organization

Warranties on our products?

If something comes to me in the box broken what should I do?
Every box is inspected before it goes out. This should not be a problem. If one item is broken it needs to be returned right away. We will try to replace it with the exact items... If that is not possible because our supplier does not carry it anymore, we will give you the price of that item back or get a hold of you and let you know what we can get to replace it.
Is it returnable if something is broken when a child was playing with it?
It can be returned unless it has visibly been abused. If it is visibly abused it can not be returned.

Can I order spare parts or an extra section to the box if we would like more of an item in this particular box?

It is possible with some of our suppliers but not all. Please contact us and we can let you know.

I heard some puzzle companies have replacement pieces, is that true?
Lauri® has replacements. You have to contact them directly at: Lauri Toys and there is an easy to follow form, which as of now has to be mailed in.

Other companies MAY have replacements. These first three boxes do not carry these toys, however they will be in future boxes -- It’s best to look it up on-line

What are your Shipping Rates and Details?

Shipping Options:
All Orders Ship UPS Ground. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your geographic area. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous US States. We strive to have all orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your online payment with PayPal. If paying by check, checks are held for bank approval for a period of 5-7-days to clear before shipment is made. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays so if your order arrives on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

A Full Street Address is Required. A VALID Phone Number and Email Address for Contact in Case of a Question is also Required!

At this time we do not ship to addresses outside the Continental U.S. and only to the 48 contiguous states.

UPS Package Tracking: Using your UPS shipment tracking number, you can determine the status of your package by visiting the UPS web site located at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html or by calling UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. You will receive a tracking number with a direct link to UPS once your order ships!

**Some Circumstances That May Affect Your Delivery**

Occasionally, unexpected shortages and/or a manufacturer out-of-stock condition will result in backordered items. We will notify you if any backordered items will delay your order. All items in stock or backordered will be shipped at the same time. Items ordered together may be shipped separately.

Other issues may affect the delivery of your order, such as whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. UPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local UPS or post office directly to learn the delivery policy for your area.

Shipping Rates:

All orders are processed and packaged by hand to ensure accuracy and to prevent damage to your order. Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends and Holidays. You will receive an email confirming shipment including a tracking number (if available) for all orders.

3. One item in the box may not be themed related
